Chromium is shown to enhance the action of insulin, a hormone critical to the metabolism and storage of carbohydrate, fat, and protein in the body.1 Several randomized controlled trials have demonstrated the benefit of chromium supplementation for the improvement of insulin sensitivity.2 Other clinical studies have demonstrated chromium may decrease total body fat percentage while increasing lean body mass.3

The Lipid Support Blend helps lower your cholesterol. It includes:
