With overflowing confidence in yourself and your vision…
Whether you’re looking over a restaurant’s dinner menu or playing a crossword puzzle!
The reason you’ve always heard about the benefits of eating carrots is because they’re high in beta-carotene…
Which converts to Vitamin A in your body.
Vitamin A protects your eyes from damage caused by free radicals and improves your night vision.
Luckily, these 8 tasty foods are packed with Vitamin A and other minerals that improve your eyesight…
So stock up on these 8 foods and you’re sure to see more clearly in no time.
1. Sweet potatoes Sweet potatoes are rich in beta-carotene and can improve your eyesight. Try them roasted, mashed, or baked! |
|
2. Cantaloupe. Cantaloupe is a sweet fruit and an excellent source of vitamin A. |
|
3. Mangoes. Mangoes are so ripe and juicy, with an ample amount of vitamin A. |
|
4. Apricots. Apricots are a good source of vitamin A – whether you prefer fresh or dried, either one will help you see clearly! |

And making a fun breakfast dish like this Sweet Potato Breakfast Hash with Sunny Side Up Eggs!
One last thing, before you go…
There is such a thing as too much vitamin A.
The recommended daily intake of vitamin A for adults is 900 micrograms (mcg) for men and 700 mcg for women.
Although Harvard Health recently said that up to 3,000 mcg can be safe.
So be sure to try a few of these foods each day and improve your vision…

Thanks for the message. Carrots are one thing, but great to have a wider selection of fruit, vegetables and fish for a more creative diet. Roll on summer when the fruit on the list will become more available in this part of the world!
My breakfast everyday : one cup of dry hazelnut milk coffee, a cup of lemon or ginger honey and a medium microwave sweet potato, that’s said.
After surgery cataract my two eyes on 2021, now I read on my laptop I don’t need to wear my reading glass.
