Can I modify my order?

How long does it take to receive my product?

What is the status of my order?

How do I return a product?

Once you have drop off the returns at the post office/courier of your choice, please contact us here or call our hotline 1-800-259-9522 to inform us of your return. Do provide us with a picture or screenshot of the postage receipt and/or the returns tracking number. This will expedite the process for us to issue you the refunds soonest possible

When will I receive my refund?

After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international) for us to receive and process your return.
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 10 - 14 business days for your bank/card issuer to disburse the funds back into your account.
